One way in

Every file, form and message reaches one address, a watched folder or the API, and gets a reference the moment it lands.

01How it works
  1. Point your sources at Avelin

Forward a shared mailbox, choose a folder to watch or post files to the API.

  2. Each item gets a reference

The reference stays with the item through review and into every output.

  3. Duplicates are skipped

A file already read in the last 30 days is linked, not read again.

Teams usually start with the inbox they already have. Forward it to your Avelin address and keep working as before; the difference is that each message and attachment now has a reference and a place in the day’s stack.

Folders suit scanners and shared drives. The API suits forms and other software: post a file or a block of text and get the reference back in the response.
