What counts as a document?
One file, form or message, however many pages it has. An email with three attachments counts as three documents. Duplicates of a file already read in the last 30 days are skipped.
What kinds of input can Avelin read?
PDFs, scans and photos, Office files, spreadsheets and CSV exports, emails, web forms and audio recordings. Recordings are transcribed first.
How accurate is it?
Accuracy depends on the input. Instead of a single figure, Avelin shows a confidence for every value and sends unsure values to a person, so nothing uncertain leaves without being checked.
Do I need to write code?
No. Templates, rules and outputs are set up in the workspace. The API is there for teams that want to send inputs from their own software.
Where is our data stored?
In the region you choose when you create the workspace. Inputs and results are encrypted at rest and in transit. See the security page for details.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Your inputs and results are used only to read and check your own documents.
Can we change plans?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect at once; moving down takes effect at the next billing date.
What happens if we go over our allowance?
Additional documents are read as normal and billed at your plan's rate at the end of the month. You can set a monthly cap in the billing settings.
