How Avelin handles account details, the inputs you send and the results created from them.

What we collect

We collect the account details you give us, such as your name, work email address and workspace membership. We store the inputs your team sends, the values read from them, corrections, review decisions and output settings. Service records include sign-in events, error reports and usage counts needed to run the workspace.

Why we use it

We use inputs to read the values your team asks for, show source marks and deliver checked results to the destinations you choose. Account and usage details support sign-in, billing, support and the investigation of service problems. We do not sell inputs or results, and we do not use them to train general-purpose models.

Your organisation’s choices

Your organisation decides what to send to Avelin, who can see it and where results go. Workspace administrators make those choices on its behalf. If you are named in an input a customer sent us, contact that organisation first about access, correction or deletion; we help it answer requests about data it controls.

Service providers

We use contracted providers for hosting, transcription, billing and support, under terms that limit their use of the information. When you connect a destination, the checked values and any selected files are sent according to your settings.

Retention and deletion

History is kept for 90 days on Starter, 1 year on Team and 3 years on Organisation, unless your team deletes it sooner. After an account closes, remaining workspace content is deleted within 30 days, and backups age out within a further 30 days.
