The agreement
These terms apply between Avelin and the organisation that creates a workspace. The person who accepts them confirms they may do so for that organisation.
Using the service
You may send inputs your organisation has the right to process, and use the results for your own business. You may not use Avelin to process inputs you are not allowed to hold, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without a written agreement.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Documents beyond your plan’s allowance are billed at the end of each month at the rate shown on the pricing page. Prices exclude tax unless stated.
Your content
Your inputs and results remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy page.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Avelin available at all times and publish planned maintenance in advance. We may change features; we will tell workspace owners before removing a feature they use.
Ending the agreement
You can close your workspace at any time from the billing settings. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, after notice where we can give it.
Liability
Our total liability in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid in those twelve months, except where the law does not allow a limit.
