Plans

Every plan starts with 14 days free. If you are charged for a plan and close the workspace within 14 days of that charge, we refund it in full. Yearly plans closed after that are refunded for the whole months remaining.

Additional documents

Charges for additional documents are not refunded, because those documents were read. If a charge looks wrong, write to us and we will check the count with you.

Add-ons

A setup session can be moved or refunded up to 24 hours before it starts. An archive import can be refunded in full until we start reading the files.

How to ask

Write to billing@avelin.example.com from the workspace owner’s address, with the workspace name and the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
